Tips to prevent and reduce dark circles

1 . Wash your face regularly with mild facewash to keep your skin fresh and free from dirt & germs .beauty-eyes

2. Sleep for not less than eight hours daily .A sound sleep ensures a good health.

3. Avoid stress  and fatigue as they are one of the reasons causing dark circles.Take time from work schedule to relax properly.

4. Regular exercise helps to maintain good health and reduce ill effects of stress.

5. Include fresh fruits & green leafy vegetables in your daily diet. Intake of
cereals such as oats, barley, wheat and millets also helps.

6.Drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices.
