Mudra for you

Mudra Science is based upon Tatva Yoga (science of elements).  these mudras can help cure and prevent many diseases. Mudras generate Powers to provide all round development of mind & body which brings peace and happiness. Mudra can cure almost any ailment . Mudra helps in Kundalini Yoga .

Tips to be followed before practicing Mudra session :

  • Wash your hands  properly with water .
  • Rub your hands against each other for  about 1 minute .
  • Mudras can be done in any position(seated ,standing and even walking).  If you are seated keep your back straight.
  • Keep your body loose and relaxed .
  • Put your fingers together depending on which mudra you want to practice .
  • When fingers touch each other  the pressure exerted should  be very light .


Following are the Mudras which you may find beneficial for you .

Gyan Mudra : Touch the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger, with the other three fingers stretched out.gyan

Scientific Theory:
The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When we press these centers by index finger the two glands work actively.
Time :
There is no particular time duration for this mudra. You can practice whenever you are comfortable .
Benefits:
Increases memory power and sharpens the brain
Enhances concentration and prevents Insomnia
If  practiced  regularly, it will cure all psychological disorders   including Anger , Depression etc .

Prithvi Mudra :Tip of the ring finger touches the tip of the thumb, with the other three fingers stretched out.
It reduces all physical weaknesses.Prithvi
Time :
It has no particular time duration. You can practice whenever you are comfortable
Benefits:
It helps to increase the weight for weak people
It improves the complexion of skin and makes the skin to glow
It makes the body active by keeping it healthy

Surya Mudra :Bend the ring finger and press it with thumb.Keep other three fingers straight .suraya
Scientific theory:
This mudra affects  thyroid gland.
Time :
Practice it daily twice for 5 to 15 minutes.
Benefits:
It reduces cholesterol in body and helps in reducing weight
It helps in  reducing anxiety and also corrects indigestion problems.

Prana Mudra: Bend ring finger and little finger and touch the tip of thumb with their tips keeping the remaining two fingers stretched. pran
Time Duration:
No specific time duration. One can practice it any time.
Benefits:
It improves immunity .
Improves the power of eyes & helps in healing eye related ailments
It helps to remove  fatigue too.

Apan Mudra
:
The tips of middle finger and ring finger touch the tip of thumb while the other two fingers are stretched out.
Time Duration:
Practice it daily for 45 minutes, but practice for longer time yields more benefits.apana
Benefits:
It regulates diabetes
It regulates the excretory system
It  also helps to cure constipation and piles .
