Diet for healthy and glowing skin

  1. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water .
  2. Eat food rich in vitamin A  like  milk, cheese, eggs, butter, spinach, broccoli, carrot and fish oils. Vitamin A is  fat soluble which means that this kind of fat gets stored in the liver, so make sure you do not have it in excess.
  3. Eat food rich in vitamin B & vitamin C like yoghurt, brown bread, wheatgerm, yeast, cereal , green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, strawberries, blackcurrants, potatoes, cabbage, broccoli and sprouts.Vitamin B & vitamin C are water soluble which means it can be consumed on daily basis .
